Wake me up

Hi lovelies. I went shopping yesterday in town with my sister and managed to buy a load from Primark so thought I'd share! It was quite nice to have a day off but I was still thinking about how much work I had to do and how I wasn't doing it! I'm feeling very stressed at the moment. I went to the doctors and they said I have high blood pressure so that has to be monitored but there's not much I can do about it! The uni work is constant so there isn't a week off to look forward to and relax! Unfortunately, even though I have loads of uni work on my mind, I can't seem to do it. I don't have many ideas and I just need to get on with more research. The lack of motivation and inspiration isn't helpful because its making me even more wound up at myself and getting more stressed because I'm not achieving anything. I feel pretty delicate at the moment, one tiny thing can set me off and I'll just start crying, so I know I'm stressed. I'm looking forward to tomorrow afternoon because I can go and visit my boyfriend which should help calm me down. A night of cuddles, KFC and motorway cops are on the agenda! First I have to endure work in the morning, but hopefully once I escape I can have a good day. Sorry to vent! I guess third year is just taking its toll!

Okay so on with the clothes. Sometimes when I visit Primark, I find nothing and other days I leave with loads! My local Primark is actually rather shocking, usually very messy and shocking in comparison to other Primark stores I've visited. So we arrived pretty early and spent most of the morning in there!

I bought this lovely knitted navy cardigan which was £12.00. I've been wearing my brown chunky knit a lot lately so its nice to have another colour! This Disney t-shirt was really cute and a bit of fun, Im looking forward to pairing this with a skirt and some tights. Also, not bad for £6.00!

This striped jumper is lovely and soft, and is a really nice dark grey colour. The stripes are gold, and I'll probably pair this with a peter pan collar dress underneath or just pair with some jeans to stay cosy :)
These shorts are very thick and seem pretty sturdy! I haven't taken the tags off yet but I think these will look good with a pair of thick brown tights and boots. I actually bought some tights too although I forgot to picture them. They're the Supercozy ones in navy and are so warm! They feel like they're lined with fleece so perfect for winter.

I picked up some lovely wine coloured skinny jeans to add to my jean collection and this lovely purse. I didn't get this from Primark but one of those little independent jewellery shops. Its very Cath Kidston inspired and has loads of card slots which is perfect. Plus it was reduced from £18 to £10 and I think it is so me :)

I found these little owl earrings for a £1 in Primark and I also got this big chunky scarf snood thing. I've been thinking of getting one for a while, and I loved the colour and it will be really warm too.
Another thing I forgot to picture was a big turtle pendant necklace. It will be a lovely way to make plain outfits a bit more interesting. Im sure you'll see it in an outfit post soon, as well as all of these new things. I'll try and get the mister to take some outfit snaps on Sunday to show them off :) xo
