Elevator Sunshine

I've had the weekend off work for once and I took the opportunity to visit Salisbury on Saturday with my parents and my sister. I definitely picked the right weekend to book off! It's been in the mid twenties and took me by surprise considering I was wearing a thick cardy and skinny jeans. The good weather keeps creeping up on us but I'm not complaining. Salisbury was lovely, massive but not too busy either. It's so complicated with all the different streets and shopping centres; I would have got lost had I been on my own! We had a delicious breakfast at Reeve the baker, why don't we have any of those in Southampton? They also had a Works there, which used to be in town but closed down, annoyingly! I picked up some wool and the Hunger Games books, reduced from £23.99 to £7.99! I am late to the party as always but I've heard great things about this series. The bottom few photos obviously weren't taken in Salisbury (considering there is one of the sea!), but where my sister lives. We went on a walk after we got back from Salisbury and I took the opportunity to grab some flower photos! Walks by the sea with the sun shining definitely makes me love summer.

I've got a couple more days off work, although the lazy day I had planned today turned out not to be so lazy! I think it's impossible for me to be lazy though, I always feel so guilty! Today resulted in a trip to ikea, some DIY and making a big mess! Hope you've all had a lovely weekend! xo
